Due to covid-19 wait times may be a little longer than usual.

At Creative Designers we value our guests and stylists time by scheduling appointments. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule or alter service to ensure the value of the following guests appointment time. We also require a minimum of 24 hours for any cancelations. If the appointment is missed we have a $25 no show fee. If there is a pattern of repeat no shows or same day cancelations you will be asked to pay a deposit to schedule any future appointments.

Service Re-do & Retail Return Policy The goal is to use your photos as inspiration to give you a look of your own. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Creative Designers immediately so that we can make an adjustments. Complimentary re-dos must be within 7 days of the original service. Creative Designers will not be liable for hair color or cuts done by someone else. All retail items have a 7-day exchange policy if they are still in new/unused condition. Defective items will be replaced. Items cannot be returned if used or opened.
